So i was thinking as like a mini plot that the president knows about kids sneaking off in district 12 into the woods. So to find out who they are and track them down, goodys are placed in the woods. These could be a bag of popcorn, sweets, etc. things that the people of district 12 have never been able to have.

It would work for D9 as well, because the hunters have a set hunting grounds and a large majority of them go outside of it to catch better game.

I like the idea. I wasn't sure about the other districts. But maybe they can set different types of traps in other districts.

yeah, they resort to hunting for food jess, even though it was still quite a rare occurance but meh  and i like the sounds of this i may have to make nate lol |

Probably soon, I am going to make a seperate account so we can do stuff like that without using our regular one, if that makes any sense....
I think it is an awesome idea, we just need to figure exactly what kind of trap for each of the districts!

I meant like what will happen. I was thinking in 9 the wandering hunters get electricuted when they step over the line or before, like a force field was set up to keep them in.
