Capitol City Capitolites are those bouncy, energetic, egotistic, colorful people you only hear rumors of. That is, until you actually go to the Capitol. The Capitol is a wonder to the District people. Its bright people confuse them, the amount of food and freedom everyone s is weird, and the way things are run is so much different than that of the Districts. The people themselves are seen as bubbly and over eager to please. Egotistic and very fond of themselves is another quality they seem to possess. The Tribute Trains The trains are where you meet your mentor(s) and your District Escort. Each train picks up the District that it's been assigned and then goes right along to the capitol. Each train is high speed so it shouldn't take too long to get there, and if you're lucky enough; back. Each train is fitted with anything in your heart's desires. You want it and it'll be given to you. All you have to do is ask.
