District One The wealthiest of the districts in all of Panem. The primary industry for this District is to manufacture the luxury items for the Capitol, thus making them a fan favorite during the Games. This is one of the only Districts to seem to take pride in the Games, and thus train for them beforehand, making them considered a "Career District". Volunteering for the Games in this District is common and sometimes leads to big fights amongst the Tributes. Sub-board: The Justice Center |

District Two Another wealthy District in Panem. District Two tends to the needs of the Capitol more so than any other District. This is where most of the Peacekeepers are trained and where most weapons are manufactured. But the primary specialization for this District is stone mining, stone cutting, and stone working. The most common mineral found is Graphite, which is sent to District one to be turned into Diamonds! THis District is also the closest to the Capitol itself, and has been rewarded over time for the loyalty to the Capitol. The Tributes from Two tend to be better trained than the lower Districts, making them yet another "Career District". Sub-board: The Justice Center |

District Three Before the rebellion, District Three was the richest District around. They had all the wealth because of the great need for the technology, which is the main factor for the people of District Three. But ever since the rebellion the wealth factor has gone down here, but they still remain at the top. The people here are well fed and well equipped for life inside of the District, but in the Games they have little to no training what-so-ever and tend to only win by outwitting. District Four The last of the "Career Districts" is found here, District Four. The people tend to train the most out of any other District there is, almost hoping they can get into the Games. A wealthy District, it is, that the people are allowed special treatment from the Capitol and are allowed to train. The industry for this District is Fishing, which gives the Tributes somewhat of an advantage. THey are some of the only people who can swim, thus making them valuable. No less they can make fishing hooks from nothing and other water based weapons. Volunteering in this District is a big thing and teds to lead to fights, much like District One.
