Ah... So, I'm still digging around at the edge of my muse's gravesite, but I am slowly breaking free of it's dead spot o.e; On a good note, I have a few good things to bring to your attention from yours truly.
First, I've finally completed the battle system's first 'draft' to debute in Elletnah™ The JabberJay's Hunger Games. It's going to currently run like the old dice system, BUT there will be updates as I can do the code for them or we develop a system to keep track of the variable's needed to add in the extras. I have chunks planned out that haven't been implemented yet. I have also, partially against my will, taken out ALL of the Insta-kills and replaced them with L.E.s aka Linger Effects. I do plan to see if I can bring up a compromise to this issue because we all know it is possible to kill someone with one hit. However, I do agree with the members that it shouldn't happen nearly as often as it did last Games. So, there will be more to that coming soon I'm sure.
Second, there are a few tweaks coming to your Games experience that will also be out with the new battle system. You can thank the want for more realism and drama for the coming tweaks. I hope you'll enjoy them.
