Zak walked seemingly aimlessly through the streets of his District. He had a list of hing he needed to get done and yet none of them, he could actually find the means to start or finish any of them. And one of those things included a suit.

He needed a suit tailored for him and needed his measurement to be done. Usually, he had the same person do them but now, that someone was gone and only a woman was left at the shop. As the wind whistled, he pulled his leather jacket slightly tighter around him and went back to his thoughts. And before he knew it, he was in front of the shop

He pulled open the door to a slight bell above his head. He had noticed that no one was up front so he called out, "Hello? Anyone here?" he leaned against the counter as he began to wait.

Addie Marie Lawson

Addie Marie stepped onto the little step ladder, reaching for the highest shelf where a box of fabric swatches waited for the taking. She wobbled as she balanced on one tiny prick of a heel, stretching far more than her small from should have been able to. She sort of kicked one leg out to the side, grasping higher and as soon as her hand clamped onto the box, the step ladder fell out from beneath her. 

She clattered to the floor, the swatches tumbling out of the box and all over here. In the front of the store, the bell chimed. The slight ring filled her ears, signaling a customer had just walked into her store. "I'll be with you in a moment!", Addie called out, hoping they'll wait for her. 

Quickly, she stuffed the swatches back into the box, smoothed her black skirt and walked out from behind the curtain of her work room. "Hi." She set the box pf swatches on the counter and turned towards the man waiting patiently for her. "How may I help you?"

"You'll never be the same. You'll always regret something."

Zak paused for a moment. Not only was he taken slightly aback by how pretty she was, he also wondered about the notice from moments ago. "If you don't mind my asking, what happened back there?" He then pulled back a bit, resting his hands on the counter. "For the Games, I need a suit tailored. I outgrew my last one and I've been procrastinating about getting this one. Usually, it's Maggie who does it but hopefully it wouldn't be too much trouble?" he fumbled with the small notecard in his back pocket. Not knowing what it was, he took it out and read it quickly before stuffing it back in his pocket.

"And to not be totally cheesy, has anyone told you how stunning you are?" He rested his right elbow on the counter and put his chin in his hand before looking back at her. "I promise that I'm not trying to hit on you. Simply stating a fact."

Addie completely ignored the compliments as they rolled off of his tongue. Even though they went ignored, they had an intreaging effect on her. The delicate bones in her pale cheeks blossomed with a pink flush. "Games, right. What... was your name again?"

She looked around for her measuring tape after momentarily plunking the box of fabric swatches on the counter. "Alright what colour were you looking for? Fabric type? Style?"

Addie found her measuring tape, slung it over her shoulders and picked out a few fabrics she though would look nice. "Im thinking a clean cut suit, english style with clean lines and a solid dark grey with black trimmings. And a white tie. Made with the finest materials i have to offer of course. After the design is decided i can get your measurements and you'll be right as rain!" She flashed a bright eyed smile at him.
