Noel is a citizen of District Two. He's 17 years old and a career. Thing is, he's not a typical career who's dream is to be a victor in the Hunger Games, and in fact hates the Capitol and everything associated with it. He has his own motives for training; namely, self defense. As well-trained as Noel is, he doesn't fight people unless he has no choice, and he never starts fights he can't finish. With people he trusts, Noel is a sweetheart. He can be very playful with his friends, and is fiercely protective of them. His sister and best friend Tyler are his life and without them he wouldn't know what to do. One of his goals is to go the next two cycles without getting himself or Renee or Tyler reaped. He also wants to tell Tyler how he really feels (He's fallen in love with him), but is scared that if he does and then gets called at the reaping he'll never see the other boy again.
