So having a victor is kinda a big thing and I have a few rules regarding this.
1. If you have one already whether created or won fair and square wait to make another. There are only so many slots and we want everyone interested to be able to make one.
2. If you can't handle the word count don't start and then beg us to change it, making a victor is a privelege and they are a special character you have to be able to handle this kind of writing if you want to make one
If you have a character win the games CONGRATULATIONS you don't have to fill out a new app for your newly crowned victor, enjoy their victory and have some fun.

Games Overview: 1500 words MINIMUM I know it seems like a lot but you are covering ALOT of information. Also something different and fun, I think, is we are going to change up the perspective for the overview. Instead of giving us the same old boring info from your victors perspective, tell us what the audience saw. Which means everything inside the training center, the trains, private training session none of that should be included because the audience would not have seen it. What do we want you wonder? Well, tell us what the audience would have seen or thought about him/her how did they appear? Were they cocky? Scared? Nervous? Stuttered during the interview or fidgeted. This opens up entirely new ways to describe your character and give us a new way to view them. Also don't forget the Victory Tour!!
Overall History: Here is where you get into the nitty gritty of what was really going on behind the scenes. The train, training center, and private training sessions SHOULD be here as well as their childhood, schooling meeting their stylist and after the games up until now this is where YOU tell US about who they really are not what was seen on TV. Now don't kill me for this but it needs to be 2000 words, I know this sounds like a crazy amount but we want a lot of thought put into these victors, yes they are damaged and rich but who are they really? What makes them who they are and why they are who they are.
