Before you Attack:

1. Create a thread in the sub board to this board titled 'Battle Ground'.
The title should be the name of the thread the battle is taking place in. If it is a PM battle make the title 'PM battle between blank/blank'. The first person to attack MUST be the first person to post.

2. In your post roll first the 12 sided dice to determine if it is a hit or miss.
Rule of thumb for hit or miss, even number is hit (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12) and odd number is a miss (1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11).
Secondly roll the the dice corresponding to the weapon you are using.
25 sided is for hand to hand combat
60 sided is for Large Weapons, Small Weapons, and Enraged.

3. In your post indicate under each roll for weapon whether it is hand to hand combat, small weapon, large weapon, or enraged.

4. This board is for battles and battles only. You may NOT post anything besides the dice rolls and the text indicating what type of weapon it is.

IMPORTANT!
You MUST post the dice rolls BEFORE you post the attack. This is so you, your opponent and the admins know that the attack you just did in the blood bath or where ever is not made up!

RANGED is long ranged weapons, like things that can do damage from long distances away. Think throwing knives and bow and arrows.
MELEE is weapons that you have to get up close and personal to do damage. Think swords, ax, frying pan.
FUN FACT spears and tridents can be used as bot RANGED and MELEE.

You may NOT delete or modify your original dice roll to suit you needs for an attack, it is cheating and you will face consequences

Note:
Dice rolls look a little something like this but for some reason it won't let me do the code box so yeah... {roll range="1-60"} (Just with the [&] instead of {&} )
Or you can just click on the helpful little dice in the reply box up yonder and choose the range, the default will be at 60 but you can change it to what ever you like!! (even if it is 1-10000, though we don't have an attack that goes that high)1-60·1-25·1-12VMXGaNCJ

Alrighty! So this is how a post should look for battles!
No you do not have to have a pretty picture and stuff this is just one of my pretty posting templates.
Things that are here that need to be included in a fight post (and most of it for Arena posts in general as well):
Character Name (ESPECIALLY if you have more than 1 tribbie)
Character District
Health Points
Hunger Points
Thirst Points
Attack
Damage dealt

Attack and damage dealt is going to be determined by your dice roll. If it is a miss, make sure you say so so your opponent knows! The damage needs to be listed so they don't have to hunt it down when making their reply. And note she is missing 1 point in Hunger cause she is in a battle!!

Last thing I swear, if you have attack bonus's you add it to the total damage determined in the chart.
So say you have archery bonus for history AND you training in it in the TC you get an extra +20 attack points whenever you use that weapon.
